I think TA.Q.BIN got a very nice and cute chinese's name, because it call: 黑猫宅急便. Is it cute name, right? Because, there are a lot of courier company's name are very serious one, short but easy to remember.

When the seller told me that, they are using TA.Q.BIN deliver my parcel, i actually quite shock because i never heard of it.

So, i Google search the comment, below will show it out.

Actually, there are not a lot of comment i can find.

Now, i am going to sharing my experience about TA.Q.BIN.
TA.Q.BIN collect the parcel on 4th Feb 2014 and i received my parcel on 5th Feb 2014.
But i can't track my parcel at here(the yellow's circle):



Maybe the seller give me the wrong tracking number but i haven't check.

Before they arrived my place, they are actually call me before 10 minutes for ensure i will be there and the payment figure.

So, i don't have to wait outside impatiently for a few hours at a time.

They also provided the Cash-On delivery! and Specifying the time such as 3.00p.m to 4.00p.m.!

They also work 356 days and deliver the frozen product!

Can't deny it is a good service!

When the delivery man arrived, he say Gong Xi Fa Chai politely because it was in Chinese New Year!

I asked can i open the parcel first and check it properly?

He said: 'Cannot, you cannot open parcel without make payment. In the last year, can do like this. After the customer open the parcel but reject received, the delivery man have to return back to the seller place, there are a problem because the parcel will lost in the process return back!So, there are no check parcel before make payment start from this year.'

I said: ' I just afraid the seller would give me the damaged one or imitation.'

He said: 'You don't have to worried because the seller is 'gentle', they will give your a good service.'

I said: 'Ok, thank you.'

And make the payment, write the name, ic no and sign.

He also help me close the door.

He is a polite delivery man and try explain the reason why i can't check the parcel without paying with a soft voice.

He seen like not rush in time and also wear the uniform properly.

Fortunately, the parcel was in good condition so far.

ABX Express

Good afternoon, before i sharing my experience about ABX express, i will post the pros and cons comment first for reference only.

Firstly, there are many people always looking the stuff from 'taobao' and ' ebay' in Malaysia.

There are a huge market about online shopping from abroad.

So, one of my online shopping experience is from China to Malaysia. The seller choose dex-i in China and

ABX Express in Malaysia to transfer the parcel.

I still remember that there are a problem in the dex-i website on December 2013.

But i have not the dex-i's contact number.

Lastly, i want to share my experience about ABX Express. ABX take 3 days to deliver my parcel in Johor.

Unfortunately, my parcel being torned already before i open it.

The delivery man even bring his child work with him and he wear the casual wear.

I have not idea about ABX got this kind of staff welfare.

But, my parcel did't lost anything, so, i will not over angry about this.

Beside it, the parcel actually were all worthless thing but just beautiful.

Today, i am going to briefing the detail about PosLaju in Malaysia, i will state that pros and cons comment all search from internet and my situation. I seriously tell you that most of this are personal case, it haven verified true or not.Here just give you some suggestion, there are all depend on you. I will not responsible for this.

Secondly, i am going to share my experience with all of you. At the first time, i am seriously worried about the online shopping is secure or not. You should know that online shopping system is still not mature in our country and have a lot of thing have to improve! Because there are very professional online swindler cheat on internet! Everyone should be very careful!

The first experience using PosLaju was quite shocked because they sent my parcel to the other transit office.


1. PosLaju collect the parcel about 5.00p.m. everyday

2. Delivery man transfer the all parcel to HUB POSLAJU PMK.

- Where is HUB POSLAJU PMK?

PMK is Pusat Mel/Kurier, it is just refers to a hub that sorts mail to the next destination. Every state/area has its own Poslaju PMK.( sources:Lowyat. net)

Reminder:

If you parcel already stuck in HUB POS LAJU PMK for a few days, you should email or call to the office to check why you parcel stuck at there or have any problem.

Remember that the less time you get the parcel, the more secure of your parcel.

3. The parcel will dispatch out from transit office usually at the midnight, so that, you can get your parcel net day morning or afternoon.

4. The parcel will arrived at processing center.

5. You just have to wait the delivery man come to your place, they will horn when they are arrived, they will ask you write your name, ic no. and signature. After that, you will get you parcel.

I am not sure the delivery man will agree you to check the parcel before you sign but maybe you can ask them first and observed the plastic bag still in good condition or already damaged. IF you really find out something wrong, you should reject sign because once you sign and receive the parcel mean you agreen the parcel was in good condition, there are a lot of trouble if you want to appeal and complain. That is why i said the online shopping system in Malaysia still not so mature, really have a lot of thing need to improve.

So, online shopping is take a ' risk', you have to believe someone that maybe you never see his/her face and just know their contact number and bank account. In addition, you also should trust in courier company that will not damaged your parcel. Online shopping is different from shop front.

6. If your parcel was in ' Consigment to be collected at Counter Delivery'.

The situation happen because:

-You are not in home and there are not people help you collect you parcel.

- The delivery man could't find your place.

- The outlet system or the lazy delivery man fail do their job.( don't angry with them, sometime maybe they are a freshman.)

Dun Worried because:

- The delivery man will leave a ' Sorry Note' in you mail box.

- or, they will arrived at you place again on the next day.

In case of you are emergency to receive parcel, you can call to the pos office or PosLaju branches check it where the parcel.

You can bring your ic (as shown as the parcel receiver's name) and remember your tracking number, just go to the nearest pos office or PosLaju branches to receive your parcel.

Last but not least, the delivery man wear their own proper uniform with color yellow and orange, it is easy to see and obvious. It show the respect to their company, customers and themselves when they wear the uniform properly.

C905 Screen

This time i visit an online shopping website:

I have not idea about lelong but i really have to purchases a screen for C905, so i choose this website.

I am intended to buy the mobile accessories but i am not sure is it secure or not.

When google search, i find out a lot comment about Lelong.my, they are a lot of  good and bad comment, maybe i will take out some time to collect the detail.

I have to say that Lelong.my really make a good system because it is the first time i buy the product from a big company like Lelong.my.

But still got space can improve.

It is convenient bcause we just have to fill up the detail once, they are all recorded.

After, just make payment.

If  you use Netpay, you will be charged.( i not sure the price, because i never use it)

Wap In deliver the product in 24 hours.

I place my order on 21st Jan 2014, Wap In deliver the product on 22nd Jan 2014 and receive the parcel on 24th Jan 2014.

There will be longer because delivery man told me that ' all barang stuck!'.

I can see that he must be very tired because he also said PosLaju work everyday, Non-stop.

I am not sure they are going to change the system permanently or temporarily.

Now, talk back to the product-the C905 screen.

There are already a few days i received but i really have not idea is it ori or ap.

All my confuse come from the casing, the casing stated it is a charger, is it weird or not!

But, i don't think it is a big problem, i just have not idea how to change the screen.

when i ask her for more detail, maybe a little late to reply but she told that she usually use Whatsapp and WeChat, seldom online facebook.

Our conversation start from 8th November,but i confirm my order on 11th November 2013.

Agnes told me that she deliver the good on friday , 16th November 2013 and also attached the poslaju tracking number, so that, i can check it when i was available.

Unfortunately, when i check the pos laju Track&Trace, my parcel deliver to other places.

i contact Agnes as soon as possible because the less time you receive the parcel means your parcel is more secure than others.

But, the next afternoon , i received the parcel from PosLaju and i ask the delivery man why my parcel 'seen'(because i am not sure the transfer office is right or not.) deliver to different transfer station.He reply that ' Maybe they transfer to the wrong office by accident, and waste a little time, too many parcel have to separate! ' :)

I told Agnes that the delivery man say, she feels relief.

Actually, i also feel no worried anymore when i got my parcel.

My parcel received on 19th November 2013, and i also reminded that Agnes that i received my parcel and attached the photo to her.

She also told me that how to use it wisely.
